Top tier experience from beginning to end. The staff is kind and happy, the space is beautifully designed and welcoming, the food is always exquisite. Considering the incredible menu I know it's crazy to mention the buckwheat rolls but they were so fluffy and tender and lovely that just had to. I also tried the bravas, the branzino, and the pavlova and they were all best of the best. The branzino came topped with a shaved fennel salad and was ridiculously fabulous. I can't wait to eat it again. I am so grateful to the staff of Stubborn Seed for the experience. They all did a wonderful job.

Not the one-Michelin-star experience I was hoping for. We did the nine-course tasting menu at $200 per person. Stripped of the star and the expectations that come with it, this would be another alright overpriced meal β but at this level, the gap between promise and delivery was hard to ignore. The Atmosphere (3/5): The room leans dark and French bistro, don't get me wrong, the main dining room looked great, but it is a strange fit for a kitchen that markets itself on fresh, farm-driven ingredients, but I don't deduct any point for that. The main issue is one of the bathroom's enormous untinted window, when you first walk in from the dimmed dining room, you get a jarring blast of light blinding and dazing you, if you visit after 8PM, this would be a non-issue, but anytime there is sun, that bathroom is like a flash bang waiting to claim its next victim. The Food (2/5): The food was inconsistent. The Charred Poblano Agnolotti was genuinely excellent, easily the highlight of the night. The yellowtail and the foie gras were solid too. But the duck arrived aggressively over-salted, and another dish included garlic scapes so underripe they were essentially inedible β at nine courses

From the second we walked in the experience was tremendous. Pedro is probably the best person Iβve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Smiles the whole way from staff. Very proud and knowledgeable of their craft. My girlfriend is somewhat of a picky eater and usually finds something to criticize but she loved every single dish they brought out. The chef has curated an amazing and unique menu that will have you questioning your eating habits. Props to the whole team Iβm coming back to Miami more often just to experience this again.

Fabulous dinner from start to finish, withe raviolo being spectacular! Service was exemplary, & we were thrilled with the speed of it (tasting menus are usually a Doom March, but our 6 course was served in just over an hour). Excellent wines too! The noise level was a bit high, but added to the vibe. Highly recommend!
